2. Rates & Payment Terms

• Rental pricing is calculated strictly as per the agreed unit rate (Hour, Day, Month, or Trip) displayed on the catalog.
• Additional operational expenses (such as long-distance transit or extra site hours) will be communicated transparently prior to work execution.

3. Site Safety & Responsibilities

The hirer must ensure a safe working environment, proper ground clearance, and clear access paths for heavy equipment and operators deployed at the construction location.
